
Much of recent news has been stressful, as well as emotionally and mentally draining. Remember, it’s always okay to take a break if you need to. Taking care of your personal health and well-being is very, very important; that should always come first. If you need to take a step back from social media, if you need to tune out of the news, if you need to just take a moment for yourself, then feel free to do so. Other people won’t judge you for it. They’ll understand, as they’re also human and need to do the same sometimes.
