Remember that it’s okay to take a break, especially if you’re feeling burnt out or worn down. You don’t always have to be creating, working, doing, or generally being productive. It’s perfectly alright and understandable to take a break from your more productive activities and take time to rest/relax instead. You’re more than justified in doing that. Besides, it’s absolutely crucial to look after the various aspects of your own health. So, never feel guilty over taking breaks and time for yourself.
