Most of us are tied to devices like phones and computers on a daily basis. However, it's perfectly okay to feel burnt out on such technology. From time to time, we need to disconnect from electronics to experience life outside of them and recharge. Never feel bad for taking a break from being on social media or staying offline for a while. Doing so is vital for your overall health and well-being.
Remember that it's okay to take a break, especially if you're feeling burnt out or worn down. You don't always have to be creating, working, doing, or generally being productive. It's perfectly alright and understandable to take a break from your more productive activities and take time to rest/relax instead.
It's okay to take a break if you need one. Sometimes, we just need a bit of time to relax, rest, and refresh. This is necessary for all aspects of our health and well-being. Powering through mental, emotional, or physical exhaustion can easily lead to burn out and make our overall well-being even worse. So, please remember, take time to rest when you truly need it. That's essential for every factor of your health and happiness.

I will still post on a regular basis and keep the blog active. I'm going to do that on a smaller scale, though. I'm thinking that I'll aim for four to five posts a week and see how that works. I definitely want to keep my feature posts, including Monday Motivation, Feline Friday, and CIB Sunday. That should leave room for one to two poetry posts every week.
