Remember, you're never too old to enjoy the hobbies you love, and you shouldn't feel ashamed for loving them. Hobbies don't have to be productive or teach you anything, either. And hobbies aren't a waste of time if they don't offer those things. The most important part is that you genuinely love the hobbies you indulge in and they make you happy. You participate in those hobbies, not them. So, don't let other people shame you or put you down for doing the things you love.

It’s important to preserve our relationships with family, friends, and partners. It’s important to look out for our loved ones and make sure they’re doing alright. But remember, it’s just as crucial to look after ourselves and make sure we’re in a good place physically, mentally, and emotionally. We shouldn’t put so much of our time and energy into caring for others that we forget to look after ourselves. Doing so can leave you feeling drained, exhausted, tired, unhappy, and a myriad of other negative emotions. So of course, reach out to the people you love and check in on them, but in the process, don’t forget to consider your own health and happiness. You are important, too.
