Throughout our lives, we go through many different friendships, some of them long lasting, and others not. Of course, this is perfectly normal, and it's inevitable that not every friendship will continue. But, it's all the more reason to hold onto the true, lasting friends we have and treasure them. Make sure they know you love and appreciate them. Be grateful to have these friends in your life and convey that gratitude to them every chance you get.
Remember that it's okay to take a break, especially if you're feeling burnt out or worn down. You don't always have to be creating, working, doing, or generally being productive. It's perfectly alright and understandable to take a break from your more productive activities and take time to rest/relax instead.
If we become too engrossed in the past, it can have a detrimental impact on our present and future lives. Reference the past for knowledge gained and lessons learned, but don't live in it. The simple truth is the past is in the past; we can't change what's already happened, no matter how we try. But, you still have a whole life ahead of you to focus on and build.
Do something nice for yourself today. It could be picking up a coffee, shopping for yourself, or just taking a few minutes out of the day to relax. The important part is it makes you feel happy and rewarded.
Being flawed and human, we all make mistakes from time to time. Part of being human is making mistakes, learning from them, and growing as a person. It's perfectly okay to make mistakes or to stumble and fall. The important takeaway from mistakes is that we acknowledge them, learn from them, and use that gained knowledge to better ourselves. Remember, there's nothing wrong with making a mistake sometimes; but, we should do our best to improve ourselves through them.
