I just wanted to give you all a quick reminder that you're loved and cared for!
It’s important to preserve our relationships with family, friends, and partners. It’s important to look out for our loved ones and make sure they’re doing alright. But remember, it’s just as crucial to look after ourselves and make sure we’re in a good place physically, mentally, and emotionally. We shouldn’t put so much of our time and energy into caring for others that we forget to look after ourselves. Doing so can leave you feeling drained, exhausted, tired, unhappy, and a myriad of other negative emotions. So of course, reach out to the people you love and check in on them, but in the process, don’t forget to consider your own health and happiness. You are important, too.
Remember that it's always okay to ask for help. There is no shame or defeat in needing the help of others. So when the burden you're carrying becomes too much for you to bear alone, please ask those around you for help and guidance. We all need a bit of help every now and then.
Even on the toughest days, remember that you're not alone. Other people are there for you and care about you, even if you don't realize it. There will always be those who love and care for you. There will always be those who understand what you're going through. Forever hold onto that knowledge and know that you are both supported and loved.
