Remember that it's okay to take a break, especially if you're feeling burnt out or worn down. You don't always have to be creating, working, doing, or generally being productive. It's perfectly alright and understandable to take a break from your more productive activities and take time to rest/relax instead.

Learn a new language, acquire a new skill, make a fun craft, etc. But, it's okay if you don't feel up to doing any of that. It's fine to just want to rest and relax. You don't have to focus solely on being productive or creative. This is your time, and you should use it however you want to.
