If we become too engrossed in the past, it can have a detrimental impact on our present and future lives. Reference the past for knowledge gained and lessons learned, but don't live in it. The simple truth is the past is in the past; we can't change what's already happened, no matter how we try. But, you still have a whole life ahead of you to focus on and build.
Take me there, to the Land where dreams bleed into truth Castle in the sky
They exist for all to see, Keeping the truth in their hearts Under lock and key, Never to be opened
Always love yourself Take pride in living your truth Be the star you are
Take pride in who you are, who you love, and how you identify. Don't let others dull your brilliant shine. Even if certain people don't accept or understand you, the important thing is for you to be happy with yourself. So, live your truth every single day and flaunt who you are inside.
