Most of us are tied to devices like phones and computers on a daily basis. However, it's perfectly okay to feel burnt out on such technology. From time to time, we need to disconnect from electronics to experience life outside of them and recharge. Never feel bad for taking a break from being on social media or staying offline for a while. Doing so is vital for your overall health and well-being.

Feline Friday #48 – Rest and Relaxation! Take Another Cue from Kitties!
At the current pace of today's world, it's so important to remember our own health and take time for ourselves every once in a while. And I think cats are a great example of what this looks like. They sleep and rest all throughout the day, every day, and while many of us may not have the luxury to do quite that, we can still learn a valuable lesson from our fur babies.
