
Today, let’s all take a moment to consider the parts of life we’re thankful for. Start by listing each aspect in your head, then explain to yourself why you feel grateful for them. Focus on the positive factors of your life and what a difference they make on your outlook, attitude, and so on.
It’s true that we will always encounter obstacles and hardships throughout life, but even on our worst days, and in the toughest times, there are so many things to give thanks for. Just to be alive and breathing is such an amazing experience, and a wonderful opportunity. We can choose to dwell on the negative parts of life, or we can concentrate on those that are positive and enrich our lives. What choice will you make?
