Life can be very overwhelming at times. It can be difficult to face the future with optimism. It's easy to feel like the entire universe is against you. Take a deep breath, relax your mind, and believe that it will be okay. You're strong and resilient enough to make it through anything life sends your way. You have the power to craft the bright future you've been wanting for yourself. The world isn't working against you, and even when you feel alone, there will always be other people thinking of you. You've got this. And things will be okay. Just believe.
If you've been regularly following my Feline Friday feature, you may remember I had a post about a Valentine's Day themed castle I got for my kitties back in February. This castle is meant to be a big scratching post for kitties, with cardboard walls and decorations completing the castle aesthetic. The top platform and bottom interior platform are also made of cardboard, but it's the corrugated kind that's meant to stand up to active, feisty kitties. Well, it apparently couldn't stand up to all four of my kitties for very long, haha!
Please consider how your words and actions impact others. They can be very powerful tools, and used in a positive way, can make a positive difference in the lives of others. However, words and actions have the power to achieve the opposite as well. It's up to us to be responsible and considerate in how we act, along with how we treat others. So, please, always stop to think how your words or actions might affect the people around you. We have the ability to leave a positive or negative impact on the world and its people.
Happy Easter! I know it may be different for many of us this year due to the pandemic, but I hope you have fun and stay safe no matter what your plans for the day are. I also hope you're able to connect with loved ones in some way, even if it's through a Zoom or Skype call.
If you have cats, you probably know very well by now that kitties can and will play with just about anything! This is certainly true with my own kitties, as they play with a numerous amount of mundane household objects like they’re actual cat toys. These items include socks, bags, boxes, strings, and pom pom balls, all of which my cats absolutely love.
