Most of us are tied to devices like phones and computers on a daily basis. Many of us need them for work, hobbies, and other responsibilities/activities. However, it’s perfectly okay to feel burnt out on such technology. Sometimes, we just need to take a step back and spend time without these devices in our lives. From time to time, we need to disconnect from electronics to experience life outside of them and recharge. Never feel bad for taking a break from being on social media or staying offline for a while. Doing so is vital for your overall health and well-being. ✨
